Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new CommentDM by Replygen subscriptions (Pro and Creator, monthly and annual) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no lengthy explanation required.

How to request a refund:

1. Email support@replygen.app with the subject line "CommentDM Refund Request".
2. Include your account email address and the approximate date of purchase.
3. We will confirm receipt and process the refund within 2 business days.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Subscription Renewal Refunds

If you forget to cancel before a renewal charge and contact us within 7 days of the renewal date, we will refund the renewal payment in full. Contact us at support@replygen.app with your account email.

Renewal refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the renewal date are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are eligible for the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. You may cancel an annual plan at any time to prevent future renewals — you retain access through the end of the paid term.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@replygen.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you retain full access to the Service until the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund — see the guarantee terms above if you also want a refund.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder (verified by account email).
• The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment on a subscription, not to subsequent renewals (see Renewal Refunds above).
• Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy — such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles — may be permanently restricted from future subscriptions.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear policy abuse or fraud.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. No payment is taken during the trial. The 30-day money-back guarantee begins only from the date of your first paid subscription — not from the trial start date.
