We want you to be completely satisfied with ReplyGen. This Refund Policy explains your refund rights for purchases of ReplyGen products.

Pro Membership — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Pro Membership and are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked — provided your request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

How to request:

  1. Email support@replygen.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your purchase email address and the platform purchased (LinkedIn / X/Twitter / Threads).
  3. We will process your refund request within 2 business days.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Token Refill Packs — Non-Refundable

Token Refill Packs are consumable digital goods. Once purchased, the 1,500 tokens are immediately credited to your account and the purchase is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing a Pro Membership first and using your included 1,500 tokens before buying a Refill Pack.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder (verified by purchase email).
  • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy — such as repeat purchase-and-refund cycles — may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.
